Availability – Available during the day, during the week and weekends but will not be available in a few months, once it has been officially sold.

Accessibility – Easy to get too, although there is no guarantee that there will be no people in the show home at any given time.

Advantages – The advantage to using this location for home and lifestyle images for my magazine is that all furnishings are in place and so a set has already been made. This makes it easier to take photos. As well as this, because it is a show home it is easy to take professional style images of the furniture to use for my magazine.

Disadvantages – The disadvantage of using this location is that it will most likely be busy at all times so it will be difficult to take photos without people in them. Another disadvantage is that it may be immoral to use images for a magazine, claiming the content as your own. Another disadvantage is that although the set has been made, if you are not happy with the way it looks in the camera or how it fits with the magazine, you cannot change it.

Weather – The weather is not a problem with this location as it is inside.
