Cornwall Today - Inspiration

While looking at different regional websites, I found one that I was inspired by. The layout of Cornwall Today regional magazine website stood out to me and inspired me with my layout. I liked the way that the images were the focus but the text was still easy to see. I also liked the colour scheme and the overall simplicity of the layout.

For my magazine I would like to create a layout similar to this, but not the same. I would like to keep the simplicity and the focus on the image, but change it so the articles are a little easier to read and find. I would also change the positioning of some of the images and articles, and would change the tabs that are written at the top, but the affect I will hope to keep the same.
